Position: Junior Architect / Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect or Junior Architect to join our team. Fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, redevelopment projects, project coordination, and construction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural presentations, 3D models, and visualization material.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during various project stages.
- Support project documentation, approvals, and regulatory submissions.
- Participate in site visits, site measurements, and construction supervision.
- Assist in preparing feasibility studies, area calculations, and project reports.
- Ensure drawings and documentation comply with applicable building regulations and standards.
- Help maintain project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Contribute to design discussions and project development from concept to completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Enscape, V-Ray Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization software is an advantage.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
