Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Integration Engineer to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in system integration, APIs, troubleshooting, technical support, interface testing, IBM MQ, and IBM ACE. The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in integrating different systems, applications, and third-party platforms.
- Work with APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot integration solutions.
- Monitor integrations and identify issues or failures.
- Analyze technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Perform interface testing and validation of integrations before deployment.
- Support IBM MQ and ACE-based integrations and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation for integration processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and other teams to ensure smooth integration.
- Support existing integrations and make necessary enhancements or fixes.
- Follow best practices for data security, error handling, and system reliability.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in software development, integration, or a related technical role.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Basic understanding of interface testing and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of IBM MQ concepts such as queues, queue managers, channels, and messages.
- Basic understanding of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and integration/message flows.
- Familiarity with SQL/database concepts is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Understanding of API authentication methods such as OAuth/API keys.
- Basic exposure to IBM MQ and ACE.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.
- Exposure to cloud platforms or integration tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
