Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hairdresser to provide professional hair care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and fashion trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and style preferences.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles, haircuts, and treatments.
- Wash, shampoo, condition, and dry clients' hair.
- Cut, trim, style, and color hair using professional techniques.
- Perform hair treatments such as smoothening, keratin, conditioning, and scalp treatments.
- Create hairstyles for special occasions, including weddings and events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, products, and styling techniques.
- Recommend and promote salon products and services.
- Manage appointments and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
