Job Description
Join our team in Kochi as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping! You are at the heart of our hospitality operation. In this role, you will take ownership of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your dedication to excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and common areas to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to detail

Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism

Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications
