Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Mixologist to lead our beverage program across our hospitality brands. The ideal candidate is passionate about cocktails, spirits, guest experience, and training teams while staying ahead of global beverage trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop innovative cocktail and beverage menus.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all outlets.
* Train and mentor bartenders and bar teams.
* Develop signature cocktails and seasonal beverage programs.
* Manage beverage costing, inventory, and wastage.
* Build relationships with premium spirit suppliers and beverage partners.
* Ensure bar operations meet the highest hygiene and service standards.
* Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional mixology.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in premium bars, hotels, or restaurants.
* Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Experience in menu engineering and beverage costing.
* Ability to lead, inspire, and train bar teams.
