TIPS-G is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counselor to guide prospective students, provide career counseling, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for helping students choose the right career path.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records using CRM or Excel.
- Explain course fees, payment plans, and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to support admission activities.
- Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, customer service, or telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
