Job Description – Senior Product Manager (Technical, Platform & Data)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Technical, Platform & Data) to lead
the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core platform, technical, and data products
across our EdTech ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have experience building
scalable products, working closely with engineering and data teams, and driving
product decisions through analytics and user insights.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for platform,
technical, and data initiatives.
Own core platform capabilities including authentication, user management,
permissions, content delivery, notifications, integrations, and shared services.
Drive technical product initiatives involving APIs, microservices, system
integrations, scalability, performance, and reliability.
Lead data product initiatives including analytics platforms, reporting,
dashboards, learning insights, and business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Academic, and Business teams
to deliver high-impact products.
Define product KPIs and leverage data to improve engagement, learning
outcomes, and operational efficiency.
Ensure platform readiness for large-scale usage and high concurrent traffic
environments.
Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and
actionable roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong experience in EdTech products and platforms.
Proven experience managing technical, platform, or data-driven products.
Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies,
analytics, and Agile methodologies.
Experience working closely with engineering, data, and cross-functional
teams.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
