The role also includes advocating for the adoption of ethical AI practices within the organization and providing leadership to drive alignment between AI projects and responsible innovation goals. The individual actively engages with stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability in AI applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical considerations into AI development processes.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between cross-functional groups to enhance responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members to build awareness and skills related to ethical AI deployment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS BigData, BI Strategy, Java Standard Edition, UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with BI Strategy, Java Standard Edition, UiPath ProcessGold Process Mining.
- Strong expertise in cloud-based big data platforms and services.
- Experience in designing scalable data architectures to support AI workloads.
- Ability to implement data governance and security measures in AI projects.
- Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS BigData.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
