Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell a range of khakhara products across retail outlets. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining relationships with retailers, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a daily basis
- Promote and sell different varieties of khakhara products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure proper product display and stock availability at outlets
- Collect payments and maintain records
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in field sales (preferably FMCG)
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Must own a bike with valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of local market and retail network
