Role Overview
The Facility Manager is responsible for the end-to-end upkeep, safety, and operational continuity of the school campus. The role spans soft and hard facility management, landscaping, waste management, preventive maintenance, school event logistics, asset governance, statutory compliance, and HR administration of support staff — ensuring a clean, safe, and fully compliant learning environment aligned with CBSE norms and regulatory standards.

6. Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in facility management, school/institutional operations, hospitality, hotels or real estate.
- Exposure to CBSE/ICSE institutional compliance norms is strongly preferred.
- Any Degree older with supplementary experience, Facility Management, or a related discipline; MBA/PGD in Operations is an advantage.
- Strong vendor ecosystem management and technical understanding of both soft and hard services.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with FM software or CMMS tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
