Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business growth, profitability, customer service, loan portfolio management, and team performance of the branch. The role involves achieving business targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
- Manage loan sourcing, appraisal, disbursement, and recovery activities.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle branch administration and operational activities.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of lending operations and recovery processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
