Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to assist patients with daily living activities and provide quality care under the guidance of healthcare professionals. The candidate should have good communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude towards patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Support patients with mobility and daily activities.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient surroundings.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation.
- Follow healthcare and safety guidelines at all times.
- Support nurses and healthcare staff in routine patient care activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certification in Healthcare, Nursing Assistant, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle patients with empathy.
- Basic understanding of patient care and hygiene practices.
