About the Role
We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in residential design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop architectural plans for residential projects (villas, apartments, housing layouts)
- Prepare detailed drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed as per specifications
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and regulations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in residential architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or similar tools
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Council of Architecture (COA) registration preferred
