Luxon Motors is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Attingal Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring a superior service experience.
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and accurately record customer concerns.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
- Explain repair estimates, service recommendations, and costs to customers.
- Follow up on vehicle status and update customers regularly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.
- Handle service-related documentation and maintain records.
- Promote value-added services and service packages.
