This is a full-time on-site role based in MUMBAI for the position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, analysing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and sales growth in Mumbai & Pune Regions. The role requires strong leadership to oversee and guide the marketing team and the ability to align business objectives with market strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Execution.
- B2B approach, sales, follow ups on existing and new projects.
- Strong Inter-personnel skills.
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication, Public Speaking, and Presentation Skills.
- Ability to Lead Teams, Collaborate Across Departments, and Manage Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is a plus.
- A 2/4 wheeler will get preference.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
