- Actively collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and testimonials.
- Address customer complaints or service delays immediately with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management promptly while keeping the customer informed of the progress.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, filter inquiries, and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and registration processes accurately using internal software systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., medical staff, floor supervisors, billing) to ensure smooth customer transitions and minimal waiting times
