Job Description
- Make cold calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's event and experiential marketing services.
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the senior sales/business development team.
- Maintain and update the lead and sales pipeline/CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Track daily calling, follow-ups, meetings, and lead conversion.
- Support the team in preparing proposals and presentations when required.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead generation and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident with cold calling.
- Good ability to convince, influence, and engage potential clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- Candidates from events, advertising, media, hospitality, marketing, or related industries will be preferred.
