Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Pre-Sales Engineer Intern to support our sales team in understanding customer requirements, preparing technical solutions, and assisting in client presentations. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical sales, solution consulting, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions.
- Support the pre-sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Conduct product research and prepare technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and product teams to gather required information.
- Participate in client meetings and understand business challenges.
- Provide support during product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) activities.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare reports and maintain pre-sales documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of technology concepts and software solutions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, or software products is a plus.
- Experience with creating presentations and technical documents.
- Interest in technology consulting and solution selling.
Pay: ₹8,192.58 - ₹10,000.00 per month
