SEZ Fuels is looking for a responsible and hands-on Retail Outlet Manager to oversee the complete operations of our fuel station in Jhajjar. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring round-the-clock supervision and operational control. The selected candidate will reside on-site, with accommodation and meals provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring smooth functioning 24/7
- Supervise staff, assign duties, and maintain discipline and productivity
- Monitor fuel stock levels, deliveries, and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety, IOCL (or relevant) guidelines, and legal regulations
- Handle customer service issues and maintain high service standards
- Maintain sales records, cash handling, and reporting
- Prevent pilferage, leakage, and operational losses
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure equipment uptime
Work Schedule:
- 5 days a week
- 24-hour operational responsibility (on-site presence required)

- सुरक्षा, IOCL (या संबंधित) दिशानिर्देशों और कानूनी नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना
- ग्राहक समस्याओं को संभालना और उच्च सेवा स्तर बनाए रखना
- बिक्री रिकॉर्ड, कैश हैंडलिंग और रिपोर्टिंग का प्रबंधन
- चोरी, लीकेज और संचालन में होने वाले नुकसान को रोकना
- मशीनों और उपकरणों के रखरखाव का समन्वय
कार्य समय:
- सप्ताह में 5 दिन
- 24 घंटे की जिम्मेदारी (साइट पर उपस्थित रहना आवश्यक)
