Winstud Academy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and institutions
- Explain Winstud Academy courses, certifications, and services
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain call records
- Meet daily and monthly calling and sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi is mandatory
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Sales-driven mindset with an urge to achieve targets
- Proactive, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge
