Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Nadakkavu, Kozhikode, Kerala
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents on courses, career opportunities, and academic pathways.
- Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Target-oriented with a student-centric approach.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in academic counseling, admissions, customer service, telesales, or EdTech is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
