Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Supervision: Supervise day-to-day construction and structural repair activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Building Assessments & Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of existing structures, identify defects, and assist in structural assessments and root-cause analysis.
- Quality Control: Enforce strict quality assurance on-site, including testing of building materials (e.g., concrete, steel) and monitoring structural integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries and efficient task execution.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Address and troubleshoot technical issues on-site. Propose swift, effective modifications to structural or architectural flaws.
- Progress Tracking & Documentation: Prepare daily and weekly site reports, track project schedules, and verify material quantities and contractor measurements for billing purposes.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
