Job Description:
Responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, monitor performance, develop sales strategies, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves guiding team members, tracking sales activities, generating leads, and providing regular reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Develop customer acquisition and sales strategies.
- Handle client relationships and resolve customer issues.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
