Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive leasing of our customized warehouse and industrial spaces. The role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their storage and logistics requirements, presenting tailored warehouse solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing leasing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for warehouse and industrial space leasing.
- Identify clients from logistics, e-commerce, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their warehousing requirements.
- Present customized warehouse solutions based on client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical feasibility and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize commercial agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, IPCs and corporate clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly leasing targets.
- Conduct market research on industrial parks, warehousing demand, rental trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and regular MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth client handover after lease execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial/warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, or B2B sales.
- Strong network within logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, or real estate sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of lease agreements and industrial real estate.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in warehouse, industrial park, logistics park, or commercial real estate leasing.
- Existing relationships with channel partners and corporate occupiers.
- Proven record of achieving leasing or sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
