Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze operational data from various departments including Production, Supply Chain, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Quality Control, and HR.
- Work with departmental heads to identify data requirements, and ensure relevant metrics are captured consistently.
- Use statistical tools and methodologies to interpret data, identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
- Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to create easy-to-understand visualizations of complex data.
- Maintain and update business performance dashboards to track KPIs related to manufacturing efficiency, cost management, and product quality.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement across the manufacturing and operational workflows.
- Work with relevant departments to streamline processes and implement data-driven solutions to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Provide regular reports and performance insights to the Director, highlighting trends, issues, and areas of improvement.
- Develop data models, forecasts, and predictive analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and present business cases for new initiatives, process changes, and technology implementations to senior management.
- Assist in identifying risks or compliance issues related to operational performance and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and update data repositories as needed. Ensure data security and confidentiality standards are adhered to.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
