About the Role
Youngster Infra LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial management, with the ability to work independently and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sector will be preferred.
