Edubex is looking for an experienced Facility & Estate Management Tutor to deliver online sessions for international learners enrolled in professional diploma programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online classes in Facility & Estate Management
- Guide learners through concepts, assignments, and practical applications
- Support academic discussions and learner queries
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure timely completion of teaching and assessment activities
- Maintain academic quality and learner engagement throughout the program
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Facility Management, Estate Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Facility Management, Property Management, Asset Management, or related fields will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of teaching, training, mentoring, or industry experience in Facility & Estate Management
- Experience delivering online or higher education programs preferred
- Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance management, asset management, workplace management, health & safety, and estate administration
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and support adult learners
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms and digital learning tools
