Sales Manager – Advertising & BTL
Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2 – 5years

We are an advertising and BTL company operating PAN India, delivering integrated marketing solutions across Education, Healthcare, Real Estate and Banking sectors.
Role
Drive new business and revenue growth for advertising and BTL services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients; generate leads through networking and outreach
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand requirements
- Pitch and sell branding and BTL campaign solutions
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Close deals and onboard clients smoothly
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, costing and execution
- Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-ups for conversions
Requirements
- Experience in advertising / BTL sales
- Strong Gurgaon/NCR network preferred
- Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Compensation
Fixed + performance-based incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
