We are looking for a skilled CADD Engineer / Architect to support our real estate plot development projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing layout drawings, approval plans, infrastructure drawings, and coordinating with survey, engineering, and government authorities to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop DTCP/CMDA/RERA layout plans and approval drawings.
- Create site layout plans, road layouts, drainage, water supply, electrical, and utility drawings.
- Coordinate with surveyors using survey data to prepare accurate layouts.
- Prepare architectural drawings for site offices, entrance arches, amenities, and clubhouses.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, project teams, and external consultants.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building regulations and approval requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and monitor implementation.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with layout plans, master plans, and customer presentation drawings.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is an added advantage.
- Understanding of DTCP, CMDA, and RERA regulations.
- Knowledge of land development, plotting, roads, drainage, and infrastructure planning.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural drafting or real estate layout planning.
- Experience in plot development or township projects is preferred.
