Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification (MQL, SQL, Referrals)
- Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / B2B Sales Support
- Customer engagement, follow-ups & post-sales coordination
- Reduce Field Sales effort on non-customer-facing activities
- Support cold calling, outbound calling, and email campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns (OEM/partner-led activities)
- Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
- Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Ops & Marketing
