Job Title: Academic Counsellor – EdTech
Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
Experience: 2–3 Years (EdTech / Sales Experience Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students, handle leads, and convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and student enquiries
- Counsel students on courses, career options, and benefits
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain follow-ups and track lead status
- Handle walk-ins and provide proper guidance
- Maintain CRM and daily activity reports
Requirements:
- Experience in EdTech or any sales role preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 + Incentives
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM / 11 AM – 7 PM (Week off on weekdays)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
