Job Title: Junior Robot Engineer– 3D Concrete Printing Location: Across India/Hyderabad Department: Construction / Execution / Additive Manufacturing Reports To: Robotics Head/Robotics Manager Job Type: Full-time, Onsite Company: Simpliforge Creations Pvt Ltd., Salary: 3.3 LPA Joining Date: Immediately after the course work Special Requirement: The candidate should be ready to work at any remote location with in India The candidate should work with the company for a minimum of two years.
Key Responsibilities: Robot Setup & Operation o Operate industrial robots (ABB, Fanuc, or KUKA) for 3D concrete printing tasks. o Load programs, prepare print files, and configure system parameters as per job requirements. Calibration & Maintenance o Set up and calibrate robots before each project. o Operate, Troubleshoot and maintain Robotic printing systems and related equioment. Process Monitoring o Monitor real-time robot performance to ensure layer quality, alignment, and structural accuracy. o Report anomalies and assist in implementing corrective actions. Programming Assistance o Support basic programming and path adjustment for robots based on geometry files and Rapid-code. o Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to refine robotic motion and speed. Documentation & Reporting o Maintain detailed logs of robot usage, issues encountered, maintenance activity, and calibration settings. Safety Compliance o Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures while operating robotic systems. o Conduct pre-start safety checks and enforce protective protocols. Team Collaboration o Work closely with engineers, project managers, and QA teams to align execution with design and quality goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in robotic printing operations, execution, or project management (preferably in concrete construction). Familiarity with ABB/Fanuc/KUKA systems is an advantage. Basic understanding of Rapid-code and robot path planning. Knowledge of construction or 3D printing processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work on-site. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
