ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognised university in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student welfare, hostel administration, counselling, or a related role.
- Candidate should be Tech Savvy.

DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage crisis situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of student counselling, mental health awareness, and welfare practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, record management).
- Empathetic, patient, and firm approach towards student management.
- Knowledge English proficiency required.
