1. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting.
3. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of IT equipment.
4. Document service activities, asset details, and issue resolutions.
5. Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and spare part replacements.
6. Support IT asset verification, including make, model, serial number, and working status.
7. Provide timely field support to clients and internal teams.
8. Willing to travel as per project requirement.
9. Ensure compliance with safety and company standards during all service activities.
10. Constant follow up and alternate methods to resolve issues.
11. Unresolved issues to be taken to the next level of support Manager.
