Our creative team works closely with Brand Managers, Content Strategists, Video Editors, and Digital Marketing professionals to develop engaging visual content and deliver campaigns for multiple client brands.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, branding, and other marketing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, typography, composition, color, and current digital design trends, along with the ability to work on multiple projects within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Design creative assets for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing materials.
* Develop visually engaging social media posts, stories, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and campaign assets.
* Translate content ideas and brand requirements into effective visual concepts.
* Work closely with Brand Managers and Content Strategists to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
* Collaborate with Video Editors, Photographers, and Digital Marketing teams to support integrated campaigns.
* Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, colour palettes, and overall communication style.
* Create design variations and incorporate feedback and revisions within required timelines.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand communication.
* Prepare designs for different digital formats and platforms while ensuring appropriate dimensions and quality.
* Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
* Support campaign shoots, events, and other on-ground creative requirements whenever required.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, composition, typography, Color theory, and visual hierarchy.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
* Ability to understand briefs and translate them into effective visual communication.
* Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally.
* Good time management and ability to work within deadlines.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and client requirements in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
* Candidates with relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
* Prior experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency will be an advantage.
