Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Molding Machine Operator to join our toy manufacturing facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 1.5 to 4 years of hands-on experience operating plastic injection molding machines and ensuring smooth production while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Set up machines and adjust process parameters as per production requirements.
- Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and routine operational checks.
- Inspect molded components for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot basic machine and process-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Change molds and assist in machine setup whenever required.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily output reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and 5S practices.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
Required Qualifications
- 1.5–4 years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in toy manufacturing, plastic products, automotive, or consumer goods industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of molding processes, machine settings, and quality inspection techniques.
- Ability to identify and resolve basic machine and process issues.
- Familiarity with production documentation and safety procedures.
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
Working Hours & Shift
- Rotational Shifts
- 12-hour working shifts as per the production schedule.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
