Punjab Jewellers is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead our showroom operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, team management, customer service, inventory control, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with prior experience in the jewellery industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily showroom operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee inventory, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain visual merchandising and store discipline
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- 5–10 years of retail management experience (Jewellery preferred)
Salary: Best in the industry + Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
