We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create and manage creative design across digital and print channels. You will be responsible for overseeing the design lifecycle—from concept to execution—ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling graphic content, illustrations, and infographics for digital and print use.
- Manage end-to-end graphic design projects, from brief to final delivery.
- Review and provide feedback on junior designers’ work, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Generate innovative visual concepts that enhance marketing campaigns and storytelling.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to meet campaign objectives and timelines.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a fast-paced or consumer-focused environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (digital, print, branding, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator) and knowledge of Figma
- Strong eye for detail, layout, typography, and visual balance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration and team communication skills.
- Prior work in a D2C or ecommerce brand is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
