We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns for our US-based clients. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who understands the US market, can manage substantial advertising budgets, and has a proven track record of generating qualified leads and measurable ROI.
Role Overview
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work directly with US clients, understand their business objectives, and create performance marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution and possesses strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Paid Media
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Google Display Network
- YouTube Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+.
- Build and scale lead generation, customer acquisition, and performance-focused campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and funnel optimization.
- Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary performance marketing contact for US-based clients.
- Lead client strategy discussions, campaign reviews, and performance reporting meetings.
- Understand client business goals and align campaign strategies accordingly.
- Present campaign insights, recommendations, and growth plans with confidence.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to account retention and growth.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including:
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- Conversion Rate
- Lead Quality
- Revenue Attribution
- Analyze campaign data using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Looker Studio
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Manager
- Conduct A/B testing on:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Audience segments
- Ad copy and offers
Tracking & Technical Implementation
- Configure and manage:
- GA4
- GTM
- Conversion Tracking
- Meta Pixel
- Enhanced Conversions
- Offline Conversion Tracking
- Call Tracking Solutions
- Diagnose and resolve tracking or attribution issues affecting campaign performance.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, developers, and account managers.
- Provide strategic direction for landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign messaging.
- Support and mentor junior team members when required.
- Contribute ideas that improve processes, campaign efficiency, and overall client results.
Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 3+ years of experience handling US-based clients.
- Proven expertise in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong experience with:
- Google Search Campaigns
- Performance Max
- Display Advertising
- YouTube Advertising
- Remarketing Campaigns
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs or more.
- Advanced understanding of:
- GA4
- GTM
- Conversion Tracking
- Attribution Models
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns for:
- Technology Companies
- SaaS Businesses
- Healthcare Organizations
- Professional Services Firms
- Home Service Businesses
- Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.

Compensation
