Panache Immigration & Education Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and immigration clients, generating quality leads, scheduling counseling appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach while achieving daily and monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding study abroad, visitor visas, work permits, PR, spouse visas, and other immigration services.
- Explain company services and guide clients based on their requirements.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Convert inquiries into qualified counseling appointments.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead conversion targets.
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with counselors and the admissions/visa processing team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies and study abroad opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience of 6 months–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, Education Consultancy, or Immigration Consultancy is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
