- Administer and coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and salary data in coordination with payroll processing teams.
- Support accurate payroll execution by maintaining employee master data, salary inputs, deductions, and additions.
- Ensure statutory compliance documentation related to PF, ESIC, professional tax, and payroll records is maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for attendance approvals and payroll-related validations.
- Support Full & Final settlement documentation and exit formalities for separating employees.
- Issue HR and employment-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and confirmations.
- Manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, supplies, repairs, and office maintenance, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Maintain inventory records for office supplies, assets, and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and vendor invoices where applicable.
- Maintain employee documentation, background verification coordination, and onboarding formalities.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and documentation standards.
- Support internal audits, records management, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, engagement activities, and administrative schedules.
- Maintain accurate records for assets, ID cards, visiting cards, and administrative supplies.
- Support implementation of automation or tracking systems for admin and HR operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in administration, HR operations, or payroll coordination roles (consultancy exposure preferred).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
