Sreevalsam Hotels is looking for a highly experienced Malayali Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and maintain exceptional culinary standards at our Three properties .
Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed hotel or resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in South Indian, North Indian, and Kerala cuisine.
- Knowledge of food costing, menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Malayali candidates are preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience, with prior experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
