Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Product Marketing Field Executive to promote Tvani products in the offline market. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product awareness, visiting retail outlets, distributors, and dealers, collecting market feedback, and supporting the company's product marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, distributors, wholesalers, and dealers to promote Tvani.in products.
- Increase product visibility through in-store branding and promotional activities.
- Explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs) to retailers and customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities where required.
- Build strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
- Collect customer and retailer feedback to help improve products and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure promotional materials, displays, and branding are properly placed at retail locations.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities for product expansion.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Submit daily reports on field visits, market feedback, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong product promotion and marketing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel for field activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Promotion, or FMCG Marketing is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
Performance Expectations
- This is a field-based, target-oriented role.
- The candidate is expected to complete daily market visits and achieve monthly product marketing targets.
