We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Kolkata and make a significant impact on the global sales industry!
Role Details:
- Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site)
- Experience: 6 months – 2 years in international pre-sales/telesales

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to international businesses to qualify leads
- Set up high-value appointments with potential clients
- Follow structured sales scripts and adapt messaging based on conversation flow
- Manage CRM records and update lead statuses
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance outreach strategies
What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent English Communication: Clear, professional and engaging
- Strong Pre-Sales Acumen: Ability to qualify leads and build rapport effectively
- Resilience and Adaptability: Skilled in handling objections and driving results
- Attention to Detail: Proficient in managing CRM systems and follow-ups
- Previous experience in international sales/pre-sales is preferred
- Should have the knowledge of LLM , Chat GPT , and Claude.
- Should also have the knowledge of AI Bot techonology.
- Please note: This is an on-site role requiring work from the office only
