Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments, visits, or installations
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle inquiries or complaints
- Assign tasks to technicians or service staff and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records of services, reports, and customer interactions
- Ensure timely delivery of services according to company standards
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
- Prepare service reports, invoices, and documentation
- Monitor inventory or resources needed for service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, customer support)
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Should have knowledge of Battery or invertor
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software, CRM systems)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
