Role Summary:
Responsible for supervising, executing, and monitoring solar project installation at site to ensure timely, safe, and quality completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation of solar panels, structures, cabling, and inverters.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and project managers.
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation.
- Perform testing & commissioning of the solar system.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of PV installation, electrical systems, and drawings.
- Site supervision & team-handling skills.
- Problem-solving and technical understanding.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, reports).
Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/EEE or similar.
- Experience in solar installation (preferred).
