Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential buyers.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of sales/rental agreements.
- Maintain proper documentation and client records.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum graduate (any stream).
- Experience:
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales/consulting preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online property portals.
- Other Requirements:
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
