Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods, maintain dispatch records, and coordinate with production, billing, and transport teams for smooth logistics execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily dispatch activities as per sales and production schedules
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and loading of goods
- Verify dispatch quantities with invoice and delivery challans
- Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and timely dispatch
- Monitor loading process to avoid damage, shortages, or misplacement
- Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle logs, and delivery records
- Ensure FIFO compliance and proper stock rotation
- Coordinate closely with billing, warehouse, and production teams
- Track dispatch status and update sales team regularly
- Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and hygiene during loading operations
- Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly
