Key Responsibilities
1. Moodle Operations & Management
-
Manage day-to-day operations of the Moodle LMS (OneKEF platform)

Ensure smooth functioning of courses, user management, enrollments, and access controls
-
Monitor system performance, uptime, and issue resolution with vendors (e.g., Moodle India)
-
Coordinate LMS releases, updates, and testing (UAT & production)
-
Maintain data accuracy and ensure LMS is the single source of truth for learning data
2. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
-
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Education teams, Program teams, Operations)
-
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for LMS enhancements
-
Translate functional requirements into clear technical specifications/user stories
-
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved user experience
3. Solution Design & Implementation
-
Design scalable LMS solutions aligned with Moodle capabilities
-
Coordinate with vendors/developers for customization and integrations
-
Lead implementation of new features (e.g., assessments, gamification, reporting, plugins)
-
Ensure proper UAT, sign-offs, and smooth production rollout
-
Maintain documentation for all implementations and workflows
4. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as SPOC between KEF teams and Moodle implementation partner
-
Conduct regular review meetings with vendors for progress and issue resolution
-
Train internal teams (SPOCs, teachers, program teams) on new features and workflows
5. Analytics & Reporting

Work with data teams to define LMS reporting requirements
-
Ensure availability of meaningful dashboards (course completion, engagement, performance)
-
Support AI-driven insights and analytics initiatives on LMS data
6. Governance & Compliance
-
Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, workflows, and approval mechanisms
-
Maintain audit trails, data privacy, and security compliance
-
Support VAPT remediation and LMS security best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business / Education Technology
-
MBA or relevant certification is a plus
Experience
-
3–6 years of experience in LMS platforms (preferably Moodle)
-
Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and implementation
-
Prior experience in EdTech / NGO / Learning environments is an advantage
Technical Skills
-
Strong understanding of Moodle LMS functionalities and ecosystem
-
Knowledge of plugins, integrations (APIs), and LMS workflows
-
Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis
-
Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or system integrations (preferred)
