Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Partner Alliance Manager to drive strategic partnerships—especially within the Microsoft ecosystem—and build a strong, opportunity-driven partner network.
This is a high-impact, revenue-influencing role focused on creating, nurturing, and converting partner-led opportunities while working closely with internal sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other key partner organizations
- Position the company as a trusted execution partner across engagements
- Expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem
Opportunity Identification & Pipeline Creation
- Identify and influence new opportunities through partner channels
- Ensure early engagement in deal cycles to improve win rates
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Go-To-Market Alignment
- Collaborate on joint GTM strategies, campaigns, and account plans
- Align partner opportunities with internal capabilities
- Drive structured execution from opportunity to closure
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Relationship & Influence
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple levels in partner organizations
- Represent the company in external forums and strategic discussions
- Strengthen partner visibility and engagement
Key Success Metrics
- Partner-driven pipeline generation
- Revenue influenced through Microsoft alliances
- Conversion rate of partner-led opportunities
- Depth and quality of partner relationships
- Contribution to strategic account growth
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 8–15 years in alliances, partnerships, or enterprise sales
- Proven experience in partner-driven environments
- Background in technology/services organizations preferred
Skills & Attributes
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence without authority
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue and pipeline
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Self-driven and proactive
Technology & Ecosystem Understanding (Critical)
- Strong understanding of OEM ecosystems (especially Microsoft)
- Ability to drive solution-led conversations
- Familiarity with licensing models and partner-led sales motions
- Ability to translate technology solutions into business value
Preferred Background
- Experience in Microsoft ecosystem or similar OEM partnerships
- Exposure to structured partner programs
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
